Jasmine Lindquist Art 

This series was crafted for the annual Woodworkers Expo. As a featured Painter, I decided to create a series of paintings that included the visual theme of wood combined with my own highly saturated and imaginative twist. Wooden window frames were built on to the canvas using molding paste to give the impression of wood while keeping the meduim mostly acrylic paint. The goal for these paintings was to create a surreal impression and to provide a prompt for the imagination to create a story based on the absurd context provided in each window.
